Maybe something as basic as a thank you note for attending the day with a finger print or hand print from the baby to make it extra special. Also believe of some thing such as a photograph from the child, all easy things to arrange and to put together.
The possibility exists that your guests are really there for the baptism and are not even expecting to be given favors. As a result, you can rest easy in realizing that they will value whatever it is which you can afford and you are able to enjoy your baby’s special day without worrying that you might have broken the bank.
